Read Isaiah 25
Overview.
Chapter 25 is a messianic vision for the redemption of the righteous.
God will restore all destruction, the land, the production of the land, and the people, the poor and needy, wiping out their tears. God will become the refuge for them. And their life will be revitalized with joy and gladness.
“in that day,” (v.9) is the day when all will praise God for the salvation God brought for them. It will be the time to celebrate the redemption of God, praising the reign of God.
