Read Isaiah 41
Overview
Chapter 41 has two prophecies about restoration of Israel.
First is the helper of Israel. God will send helper, Cyrus, the king of Persia, to destroy Babylonia to return the people of Israel to their home. God will continue to keep them in safe.
Second is the prophecy against those who depend on idols. Idols are man-made, of no use. Therefore, it is only God whom people put trust on.
